Our 4 year anniversary came round in a flash! We decided to celebrate this special occasion at a restaurant close to home – St Villa in St Albans. What attracted us to this British restaurant is that you can dine in a dome outside on the terrace – it is very similar to Coppa Club in London, just without the crowd and no queuing. We’ve been wanting to dine in a dome as it’s such a cute and unique experience, even if it’s as hot as being in a green house during the summer!

The Food
The food was so lovely! For starters, we ordered Deep Fried Calamari and Sautéed Wild Mushrooms. For our mains, we had Crab & Chilli Tagliatelle and King Prawn Linguine.
Overall Thoughts
Overall we had a wonderful experience at St Villa and definitely recommend this restaurant. It’s also in the heart of St Albans town, which is a modern and bustling city with many shops, bars and other restaurants nearby! If you fancy dining in a dome that isn’t crowded like the ones in London, definitely check this out.
